NASA released a photo of a solar flare which occurred on 9 August. It is the most violent of the last 5 years.
The image was transmitted from Solar Observatory of dynamics which took the extreme ultraviolet to 13.1 nanometres wavelength. According to scientists, is the most violent recorded over 5 years, a solar flare as a few months ago they feared for the operation of satellite systems.
Unlike previous eruptions, which aroused no concerns, this time here is no consueguenze for our satellites: “blasting” took place at different points of the Sun and radiation is not directed to us.
